Architectural Technologist

• HND standard with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good construction knowledge for the production of accurate working drawing packages for all types of residential projects
• Proficient in Autocad
• Ability to work using your own initiative but with supervision as well as being part of a team within often tight timescales
• Liaison with clients, building control, suppliers and site
• Be a good communicator
• Revit an advantage

Requirements and Application

The above positions require the candidate to possess continuous housing experience gained entirely in the UK prior to presentation.

It is essential to have knowledge of current building regulations and have excellent Autocad skills

You will be capable of a high level of accuracy, with the ability to self-check.

You must possess a real pride in your work along with excellent communication skills.
