A turn of the century large Victorian house was demolished and replaced with 3no. two storey townhouses with rooms in the roofspace. This innovative scheme provided the front entrance doors to each property on different elevations so giving the impression that it is one building. The scheme was considered to complement the surrounding three storey Victorian properties, with the architectural treatment, proportions and style thus achieving a design award from Elmbridge Borough Council.
