SOVEREIGN HARBOUR
Eastbourne, East Sussex
Part of a new extensive marina and harbourside settlement, much of it built on reclaimed land. We carried out both the detailed planning design and construction drawing package for initially 80 dwellings on phase 6 and a further 452 dwellings on phases 7 to 14. Many of the dwellings have harbour, sea or marina views but those not benefiting from these views were compensated by an existing canal network and at the time the countries largest man-made water feature at 230m long incorporating an extensive lighting and fountain system.
