This development was on the site of the old Harbour Masters office which was replaced by a mixed use development consisting of 20 luxury apartments with A3 use on the ground floor fronting the quay. Due to the constraints of the relatively small site with a road on two sides and buildings on the other two sides the building itself formed the site boundaries, therefore undercroft parking was provided within the curtilage at ground level. An internal courtyard garden was provided for the apartments linked with split level walkways and terraces.
