Two number buildings of apartments totalling 32 dwellings located in a conservation area, with one side of the front building forming a party wall with the adjacent property. Due to its location the front building was particularly sensitive in design, size and appearance. Adjacent to the site on the other side was a public footpath leading to parkland formed from what was the garden to a previous country manor house, but now an area of public amenity.
