A small individual office building designed for use for the Harbour Master on a prominent position on the River Arun. This was at the end of an area of riverside redevelopment with part of this site also providing 25 apartments aswell. The redevelopment also meant that the riverside walkway could be extended from the town centre to existing amenity areas within the town.
