AAP Architecture Ltd was formed in 1996 by Bert Picariello who was previoulsy a director with David Wilson Homes. Having spent 13 years with some of the major housebuilders he felt that there was a need and opportunity to provide a specialist service utilising the experience he had gained in the industry.

Paul Burstow joined up with Bert in 1998 to provide a technical design wing to his growing planning consultancy. This would enable us to offer the major house developers a company that could provide a full architectural package from inception to completion on standard and bespoke schemes in CAD format. Having both worked for developers, we understood their requirements and philosophies.

AAP continues to expand and feel confident in their ability to tackle any project regardless of size or complexity.
