The requirements of PPG3 coupled with the shortage of available greenfield sites have had a considerable effect upon the type of housing provided. No longer can developers rely upon their standard portfolio of house types. In order to make best use of development opportunities, a new approach to house design and housing layout design is required. We have much experience in producing many bespoke designs that achieve quality environments at density levels well in excess of those recommended in PPG3.
